1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rocket147, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting in your jurisdiction
• Only one account per person is allowed

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Wallet and Transactions

• All wallet balances are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
• Top-ups are subject to verification and may take up to 24 hours to process
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and minimum withdrawal thresholds
• We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspicious activity

5. Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled after the frame or match begins
• Payouts are calculated based on the odds at the time the bet was placed
• In the event of a match cancellation or interruption, all affected bets will be refunded
• The platform's settlement decisions are final and binding
• We reserve the right to void bets in cases of data errors or system malfunctions

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets
• Attempting to manipulate betting pools or exploit system errors
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or bonus programs
• Any form of collusion or match-fixing
• Generating or obtaining COIN through irregular, unauthorized, or abusive methods (including but not limited to exploits, scripts, or system vulnerabilities)
• Creating multiple email addresses or accounts to obtain free COIN, rewards, or bonuses for the purpose of placing bets

We may use bank account details and other verification data to determine whether multiple accounts belong to the same person. If irregular or abusive activity is detected:

• Any pending withdrawal will be rejected
• All COIN and Rocket Points (RP) on the affected account(s) will be removed and reset to zero
• Repeated violations will result in permanent deactivation of the account(s)

7. Rewards and Promotions

Rocket Points (RP), referral bonuses, spin rewards, and mission rewards are subject to our terms and may be modified or revoked at any time. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Any COIN or RP obtained through prohibited conduct may be forfeited without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rocket147 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the balance in your wallet at the time of the incident.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion. Remaining wallet balance will be refunded after investigation, unless forfeited due to policy violations (including irregular COIN generation, multi-account abuse, or related misconduct). In cases of confirmed abuse, COIN and RP will be reset to zero and the account may be permanently deactivated, especially upon repeated violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
